Rewild Table is our way of gathering around what this place provides.

Set among the forests and fields of North Idaho, our table follows the seasons—built around what we grow, forage, hunt, preserve, and find close to home. Some nights are intimate dinners beneath the stars. Others might begin around the fire, unfold over a long table, and linger well into the evening.

The menu is never quite the same.

Some evenings unfold as an intimate chef's table, where guests gather close and experience a carefully curated tasting menu, course by course. Other gatherings might begin around the fire, stretch beneath the stars, and linger well into the night.

Expect wild ingredients treated with the respect they deserve. Old-world techniques and modern creativity. Wood fire, preservation, fermentation, and the unexpected. Food that is as beautiful as it is delicious—and every plate with a story to tell.

This isn't fine dining in the traditional sense.

It's something more elemental.
